My husband recently bought a new iPhone from AT&T customer service over the phone. He went to this location due to the fact we live in town near by. The store was open till 6:00 PM on a Sunday. My husband showed up at the store at 5:30 PM . All my husband needed was his contacts and pictures moved over which would not take long. The lady at the front door jerked his phone out of his hand and was very abrupt the whole visit. She let my husband know that he was putting her out by showing up at 5:30 PM. A lady showed up at the store a few minutes before the store was to close while my husband and son where there. The store had the front door locked already. The store totally disregarded the lady at the door and ignored her till she left . This store is not a very friendly and helpful store . This store has obviously forgotten who butters their bread and without customers they would be out of a job. Another example of their rudeness was when me and my husband recently called customer service to purchase our son a phone. Customer service said they had iPhones on sale so I decided to go to this store and check out the phones in person. I got to this store and spoke with a lady and told her that I was there to look at the iPhones that they had on sale. She was very rude and said I don't know where you got the idea that we had iPhones on sale and would not show them to me. She preceded to show me another phone that was a $ 800.00 phone. I told her I was looking for a first phone for my 13 year old and that I wanted a reliable nice phone but did not need the top of the line . She was very rude once again said ok maybe I should show you something more in your price range. She started showing me the cheapest phones in the store that were junk. I finally said thank you anyway and left. I went home and called customer service and told them that I had just went over to their store and that I was told the iPhones were not on sale. She said they are on sale and sold me one over the phone that was reasonably priced and was a good first phone . Me and my family now go over to the Lee Summit Store . It is a little further drive but it is worth it to get the good service we deserve and be treated like our business is important and matters. I know this post is lengthy but I wanted to take the time to let everyone know the two horrible experiences my family had at this location. Thanks, A.W.

One star is far too flattering for the incompetent employees at this business. Took several hours to try and replace my wife's broken phone, and we ended up going to Best Buy. I had a chat line pulled up on my phone from the ATT app, with a lady from customer service "Estrella". She informed me that my bill was up to date, and there should be no reason why the sales rep at the store couldn't help me. The employees in the store, including the supervisor, could not give a damn what Estrella said, and refused to call their own customer service to try and verify that my bill was up to date so that I could buy a phone. Lazy to be lazy; they aren't working for the customer, they aren't working for AT&T, so why is AT&T keeping this store open? I have never had good service at this location, however the AT&T in Independence and the sales rep at Best Buy have always gotten me the service I need.
How would you rate this store?
