  Don’t forget to use a coupon! They won’t return clothes and let you apply the coupon, even if you literally purchased the items 10min earlier. “But the coupon is good for another week so just come spend another $75 to get the discount”. That’s bad customer service in my opinion!

  I have been a Maurices customer for years...I avoid the Blue Springs, Mo store! They have an associate on staff, Nancy, that is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. When I reported her behavior to the store manager, she didn't appear too concerned....she suggested i shop their when the associate wasn't on duty. Ugh! But, the other Maurices have wonderful staff! Too bad one person is allowed to give that store a negative reputation.
