  Not too happy to be honest. My wife took in our HP All in one computer to have it diagnosed and after we got a call about it being the motherboard I decided to pick it up to decide what to do about it. Went the next day to pick it up and there was a huge crack in the screen. The guy said the man who screwed the back on did it too hard and it caused the crack. And that they would replace the screen if we decided to have them install the motherboard. The good news is they didn't charge the $40 diagnostic fee but in my mind they also should've replaced the screen for free regardless if I went through them to replace the motherboard or not. You don't break something that's not yours then say well give me more money and I'll fix what I broke. Now I can't even sell it if I wanted to! Thanks Data Pro's for your "Professional" help!
